What does a module cost?
Every module comes with a fixed quote agreed in advance after the free spot. There is no hourly rate, and the price is locked in before a single line of code is written.
Can I start with just one module?
Yes. The modules are building blocks, so you can start with a single one and expand later when it makes sense. You never pay for modules you do not use.
How do I know which modules to choose?
Use the module picker on the pricing page: 10 yes/no questions that point to the modules matching your day-to-day. And you do not have to get it right first time · the free spot always ends with concrete proposals before you decide anything.
What happens to the modules I do not buy?
They stay visible but locked in your dashboard, so you can see what is possible. Locked modules collect no data, and nothing is activated without a written agreement.
What exactly is a free spot?
A 30-minute video call plus a written report with 3 concrete proposals, an impact estimate per proposal and a recommended next step. It is free and without obligation, whether or not we work together afterwards.
How long does a module take?
The spot is a 30-minute video call. A prototype is built in 1-4 hours. A finished build is delivered in 1-4 weeks, depending on scope.
What does it require from us along the way?
Surprisingly little: a contact person and access to the relevant data or systems. I handle the rest. On delivery you get full documentation and a 1-2 hour handover on a video call.
How much data do we need?
Typically 1-2 years of order or customer history is enough, but less can work too. The data foundation is assessed in the free spot, so you know what can be built before you decide anything.
Which systems can you integrate with?
Shopify, WooCommerce, e-conomic and most other systems with an API. Systems without an API can usually be connected via export files or OCR.
Can the modules run on our own infrastructure?
Yes. The modules are deployed either on your own infrastructure or as a hosted solution. Either way you own all code and models, so the solution can be moved freely.
Who owns the code and the models?
You do, 100 percent. All code, models and training data are yours on delivery. No vendor lock-in.
What about GDPR?
We sign a data processing agreement with a clear purpose catalogue before any personal data is touched. Nothing is collected without a written agreement.
What happens to my data?
Nothing, until we have a written agreement. No data is collected for a locked module, and we sign a data processing agreement before any personal data is touched. Your data is used only for your modules and is never shared with anyone else.
Can I cancel the operations subscription?
Yes, freely month to month with no tie-in. The module is yours, so it keeps running even if the subscription stops. You simply take over monitoring and maintenance yourself.
What if the module does not work as promised?
You see a free prototype on your own data before you buy, so you know it works before you pay. After delivery there is a 30-day guarantee with free bug fixing.
Do you only work with webshops?
No. E-commerce is the spearhead, because order history and customer data are an obvious place to start, but I also work with B2B, wholesale, clinics and other businesses with data. If you have data, modules can be built.
