Buy stock for what happens tomorrow. Not yesterday.
Your sales have patterns a spreadsheet never catches: seasonality, trends and products quietly tying up your cash. Eight modules keep track of it all: demand forecast, dead stock, dynamic pricing, anomaly detection, cash flow, live dashboards, returns analysis and competitor prices.

Eight modules that turn sales data into better purchasing.
Each module connects to your orders and your inventory, whether they live in Shopify, WooCommerce, e-conomic or an ERP system. Start with one, expand when it makes sense.
Demand forecast
Time series models forecast demand per SKU with seasonality, trend and campaigns factored in, and accuracy is measured continuously with MAPE, so you know exactly how much to trust the numbers. The input is sales history and stock levels. The output is reorder suggestions that land before stock-outs and ahead of overstock.
Dead stock
The analysis finds products with long shelf time and falling turnover rate, and calculates how much capital they tie up on the shelf. It uses inventory data and sales history per SKU. You get a prioritised clearance list and reorder points that stop the problem from coming back.
Dynamic pricing
The model estimates price elasticity per product group from your own sales history and suggests prices within rules you set yourself: minimum margin, maximum change per week, protected products. The result is prices that follow demand instead of standing still while the market moves.
Anomaly detection
Algorithms such as isolation forest monitor sales, inventory and transactions and react to deviations that do not look like normal variation: a sudden dip in one channel, a product selling at ten times its usual rate, shrinkage that does not add up. You get an alert with context, instead of discovering the error at month-end close.
Cash flow
The liquidity forecast combines orders, payment terms and seasonal patterns into a rolling estimate of where the cash position stands in 4, 8 and 13 weeks. The input is data from your accounting system, such as e-conomic. You see tight periods while there is still time to shift purchasing or invoicing.
Live dashboards
One dashboard gathers sales, inventory and key figures across your systems, updated automatically instead of stitched together in Excel every Monday. You choose the KPIs yourself: revenue per channel, contribution margin, stock turnover. The numbers are the same for everyone, and always fresh.
Returns analysis
Return patterns are analysed per SKU, category and customer segment: which products come back, why, and what it costs in shipping and handling. The input is order and returns data. The output is a list of products with an abnormal return rate, often driven by size guides, photos or descriptions that can be fixed.
Competitor prices
Automatic collection of competitors' list prices with product matching that links their products to yours, even when the names are not identical. You see your price position per category and get notified when a competitor moves, instead of checking their sites by hand.

Inventory and sales intelligence for small and medium-sized businesses
For most webshops and trading businesses, inventory is the largest single item on the balance sheet, and yet purchasing is often steered by gut feeling and last year's numbers. That costs at both ends: sold-out bestsellers sending customers to the competition, and overstock tying up liquidity in products nobody wants. Data-driven inventory management is about using the sales history you already have to predict demand instead of reacting to it.
A demand forecast per SKU catches seasonality and trends an average never sees. A dead stock analysis makes the capital tie-up visible, product by product. Dynamic pricing keeps your prices in step with the market, and anomaly detection spots errors and shrinkage while they are still small. Together with cash flow forecasts, live dashboards, returns analysis and competitor monitoring, it becomes a single picture of the business, updated automatically.
The modules are built on your own data from Shopify, WooCommerce, e-conomic or your ERP system and handed over with full ownership. No enterprise licence, no commitment. One module, a fixed price agreed in advance, and a free prototype before you decide.
